With over 20 years of experience in the electronics industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader, trainer, and engineer. I have a mission to provide high-quality and customized training solutions for companies and individuals who need to improve their skills and knowledge in IPC standards, rework, and repair. As the Managing Director of Advanced Rework Technology Ltd, I oversee the operations, finances, and strategy of the UK's leading independent training organisation in this field.In addition to my managerial role, I am also a Master IPC Trainer, certified in multiple IPC courses, such as J-STD 001, IPC A 610, IPC/WHMA A 620, and 7711/7721. I have been delivering these courses since 2001, both in-house and at various locations across the UK and Europe. I have trained hundreds of engineers, technicians, and inspectors, helping them to achieve IPC certification and enhance their career prospects. I have also applied my expertise in manufacturing engineering, root cause analysis, and six sigma to assist my clients in solving complex problems, improving quality, and increasing efficiency.
