Developing and serving a group of 70+ investors (international mission agencies, churches and media partners) who desire to fulfill the 14 founding member Alliance for the Unreached's mission: catalyzing a movement uniting churches, organizations and individuals desiring to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every unreached people group of the world. Mark takes great joy in coaching leaders of Christian ministries to a place where they can fulfill God's vision through focused vision and biblical stewardship. He founded GrowthGiver Consulting to build on the breadth of his experience in international missions, Christian media, Christian higher education and local church leadership. Mark helped to establish the Alliance for the Unreached (dayfortheunreached.org), coordinators of the International Day for the Unreached, held every Spring on Pentecost Sunday, to educate, inspire and motivate believers in North America to take tangible steps in bringing the Gospel to the 3-billion+ people who have no access to hear the Good News. He is also a Prayer Intercessor and certified life-long learner through The Master's Program, Enneagram Coaching (7w8) and Transformational Leadership.

Inspiring excellence in the practice of biblical stewardship among church and parachurch leaders in the United States.

I had two tenures at Advocace 2005-2010 and 2016-2017. This is where I was first introduced to professional consulting for Christian ministries. Provided major gift fundraising expertise with executive staff members and board members of Christian-based organizations around the U.S. along with some international ministries. Assisted ministries to implement an intentional approach in building major donor income to fund operations or expansion projects. Activities include leadership in major gift development, conducting field staff training, coordinating major donor events, and pursuing strategies to secure income from foundations. Significant growth occurred with organizations that had an urgent mission and vision and desire to go to the next level in securing funding for their expansion projects.

Providing access for church and individual partners to invest in community transformation in 90 countries as the best-selling book of all time (The Bible) is translated for 200-million people without one verse in their heart language. Partners choose to "adopt" an entire people group and bring the Scriptures to life one section at a time. The opportunity is similar to Compassion International's Child Sponsorship program with strict budgets, timelines and accountability for reporting results. Focus on building and maintaining relationships with donors and engaging them in world mission through giving.

Public leadership in state-wide media and non-profit organizations.Served as Development coordinator for Cedarville University Athletic Department and assisted in many capital campaigns for the university.

Directed Athletic Advancement for a university regarded as one of the best small college programs in the U.S. Participated in capital campaigns of $100 million in capital improvements.Business relations liasion with Ohio businesses to expand academic, athletic and media programs.

Provided leadership in missions, discipleship and evangelism. Developed a network of small groups for discipleship for adults. Assisted in mortgage reduction campaign and building campaign for a 400 member church.
