I believe that people perform at their best in an open, challenging environment that provides a clear vision, and in which respect and collaboration are leading. The opportunities that arise from IT- innovations inspire me to improve organizations and make new business models successful. After almost 30 years in various strategic and managerial positions, I started a new, challenging endeavor. Over the years, I have seen a lot of changes within IT, but I know that still a lot can be gained. An integral approach can capitalize on the opportunities IT brings ; through improving IT-effectiveness, and by creating new opportunities.
