Dr. Lior Soussan-Gutman has More than 20 years of experience and expertise in the field of Precision Medicine with proven experience in identifying and introducing leading diagnostic technologies into the Israeli market with proven ability to be included in the national and Health funds basket. Currently serving as CEO of Oncotest and VP at Rhenium. Lior holds a Ph.D. in Neurobiochemistry from the Tel-Aviv University and Post-doctorate research in molecular biology at the Weizmann Institute of Science.At 1998 founded and served as CEO of Oncotest Ltd., a company offering specialized cancer molecular diagnostic services to the Israeli oncology community based on a network of laboratories mainly Genomic Health/Exact Sciences, Guardant Health, Tempus and Illumina ( also Foundation medicine, Caris, Invitae , PGDx and more).In January 2003 successfully sold Oncotest’s activity to Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, one of the world largest generic pharmaceuticals groups and since this acquisition continued to manage the Oncotest business unit in Teva. At 2013, expended the diagnostic activity beyond the oncology field and brought the NIPS to the Israeli market with Verifi an Illumina/ Verinata assay.in 2017 preformed successfully technology transfer of Verifi to local Lab.
