With a theme of "Empowering Change & Reshaping Industries: The ISE Impact," this year's conference convened over 120 ISE students from six states (with a total of 8 participating universities), featuring keynote speakers, site visits, and networking opportunities, fostering empowerment and industry impact.My role involved designing and selecting a variety of items to be given out as promotional material for the conference while coordinating their purchasing. It involved strategic planning, organizational, and project management abilities as I worked with the rest of the Conference Planning Team.

Conducted extensive market research in conveyor technology alongside financial analyses such as cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections to strategize the implementation of IoT and predictive maintenance in traditional manufacturing and conveyor belt systems. Presented our findings and recommendations to our client with a well-rounded and multi-skilled team of consultants to help drive transformative change in the industry while ensuring that our client persisted in their value proposition of continuous improvement by adopting new technology and innovating constantly.

Helped raise funds (upwards of INR 7,00,000) used to purchase masks, sanitisers, water bottles, PPE kits, food and medicines. These materials were distributed in various underprivileged settlements in and around Dehradun.
