Did My schooling through Naval Public School, Chanakya Puri, New Delhi in Commerce. Thereafter did My B. Com (H) from Delhi University (Sri Aurobindo College, Malviya Nagar) and M. Com from Delhi University (Through School of Correspondence & Continue Learning- North Campus). Did LL.B from Janhit College, CCS in 2016 and thereafter started my own practice in 2017 and enrolled with Bar Council of India.Presently handling matters in Civil and Criminal courts including NI Act (cheque bouncing cases), Commercial Courts, Martial Disputes, Bail Matters, Matters related to Consumer Tribunals, Senior Citizen Disputes, IP Rights and other Related Cases. Also having extensive experience in Income Tax Laws, Company Laws, Company/Firm/Proprietorship concern Audits. Extensive knowledge about Medico-Legal Issues and alike matters. Presently an active member of DLSA-SW in MM Panel and handle numerous Criminal Cases, Bail Matters and successfully acquitted the innocent ones. As a Legal Aid Panelist, had taken various Tihar Jail, Duties to disseminate information with regards to Criminal Rights as provided under CrPC and Constitution of India. Being Panelist, filed numerous Bail applications as well as Personal Bond applications for the Under Trial Prisoners (UTP). Also active member of High Court of Delhi through DLSA-SW in Women Protective Laws and protection of their rights and well being.As a result driven individual with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with basic understanding of French, I am always learning and staying abreast with latest laws, trends and best practices in the industry to provide Cost Effective/Quick relief to My Clients.
