CONTEXT:As the Director of Licensing and Brand Partnerships for HIT Entertainment, I initiated and cultivated relationships with multiple consumer products companies to expand the Thomas the Tank Engine licensing business by 465% in three years. As the Agency Director of Sales and New Enterprise at Global Brand Management Group, I developed licensing partnerships for internationally successful brands and served as the agency’s Account Executive for large corporations including Chrysler’s Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT; The Hershey Company; and Anheuser-Busch. Most recently, I have leveraged my success within the education technology space at 2U both in relationship management with students as well as with universities to lay a solid foundation with a tech platform I care about while completing a Doctorate focused on leadership and organizational change.
