I am a foreign trained lawyer with legal experience. I am currently enrolled in Project Management Graduate Certificate program at Cambrian College. I have also graduated in Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate program from Durham College. I have a keen interest in personnel management and have past experience in screening, recruiting, interviews, training and administration along with experience in the Law field as well. I was an intern at KRS Home care, Brampton where I learned a lot about Human Resources Management and applied HR principles at work and took keen interest in recruiting and onboarding new employees in the workforce. While working at a law firm in India, I managed to pursue both my interests in Law and Personnel management by taking the initiative to recruit and train interns for the firm. I also managed to land some clients at the beginning of my employment there. Through my professional career, I have developed crucial customer service abilities and a solid capacity for multitasking. I like to work in a team but I also often conduct tasks independently. Dealing with customers, clients and employees is one thing I love most.
