At Advisers India, Debraj is responsible for mentoring team and advise to the team on strategic development and execution of the AI’s corporate business strategy. Start-Up Transformation Leader, Product Innovator, Brand Builder, and Innovative Product solution and Integration Architecture. �He has successfully built an organization (Global brand D-Link, Gigabyte, D-Link-Foundry Networks as well as Indian brand DigiLink, Digisol) from the ground up. He is an active participant as a Mentor to start-ups apart from advisor to different Start-up organizations Globally and an active member of TiE. He is on the panel of educational institution & industries. He is also holding a position as Jt. Secy. & Executive Council Member of IIM Ahmedabad Alumni Association, Mumbai Chapter and President of American Association – Inside Sales Professional, West India Chapter, Mumbai. He has done his B.Sc in Defence Studies and an IIM – Ahmedabad & JDC Bytco Alumni. He takes special pride in his leadership on many project winning cases and talks on technology-driven socio policy & cultural identity and erosion.
