Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and Bar Council of India. I started working at Vimal Goyal and Associates (High Court of Delhi) as an Associate in June, 2021. I have worked extensively in various areas of Law. I gained entry level experience primarily in Civil Disputes, Legal Drafting, Contract Drafting, SARFAESI Act, Negotiation, Real Estate Laws, Insolvency & Bankruptcy code and Corporate Laws. I have also worked with Resolution professionals for Companies under CIRP and have assisted them in their drafting and legal compliance. I have appeared before the High Court of Delhi, District Courts of Delhi and various Tribunals such as the Debt Recovery Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal MCD. During my first year as an Advocate, I successfully established my own personal clients as well as assisted my seniors at Vimal Goyal and Associates. I always emphasized on the importance on my relationship with clients and made all efforts to provide the best legal support and advice to my clients.I completed Masters of Law (LLM) in Corporate & Financial laws from JGLS, (O.P Jindal University) in June, 2022.
