My legal experience commenced through the Department of Justice, with attendance at Justice College as a BIURIS bursary holder and registration at UNISA. Following this I was appointed as a District Court Prosecutor by the National Prosecuting Authority and later as a Regional Court Prosecutor (Pretoria). In between I also travelled to the United Kingdom, where I was employed at Freshfields Brackhaus Derringer as a Paralegal in their Commercial and Litigation Information Bank. Following my appointment as Regional Court Prosecutor, I completed my articles through MacRobert Inc (Pretoria), in their medical negligence division. After my admission as an attorney, I did not remain long with the side-bar, but rather opted to join the Pretoria Society of Advocates during the year 2008. I do however always strive to improve and achieve the most important thing taught to me by my principle during articles: particularity. Since completing my pupilage in 2008, I practiced independently as a member of the Pretoria Bar. I am currently occupying chambers at the Parc Nouveau Advocates'​ Chambers.My current fields of practice include the following: medical negligence, commercial and contractual, labour, personal injury & third party litigation, building and construction, insurance, local governance, administration law, insolvency, arbitration, delict and criminal. I believe litigation remains a challenging pursuit with many hours lost while burning the candle from both ends. I currently prefer the challenges set by general litigation and court appearances. I also find it important to remain active in my professional body and was previously appointed as the Pretoria Bar's Honorary Secretary and served on the fees committee. Currently I am a member of the Pretoria Bar's professional and ethical committee. In my off time I am endeavouring to spend more time on my mountain bike, entering a few races here and there. I also enjoy occasional fly fishing and do I read a lot.
