I am a journalist with 15 years of experience creating compelling stories, interviews, and in-depth analysis in sports.I have worked for the BBC, ESPN, The Times of India, FOX Sports Asia and The New Indian Express and delivered content for major football tournaments for the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and ASEAN Football Federation (AFF). I am passionate about football in Asia, something I have written about since 2018, and my work has also appeared in The Guardian, Daily Express US and The Asian Game. Chasing my childhood dream of covering English football, I moved to UK in 2022 to do a Master’s in Sports Journalism and an NCTJ Diploma in Journalism, and my university project on migrant footballers was highly commended at the prestigious NCTJ Awards for Excellence 2023.I joined the BBC as a sports journalist in 2024 and I cherish every day working as a journalist for the organisation.
