Product Rovius CloudPlatform:Rovius Cloud Platform is a cloud orchestration platform that enables an enterprise organization to quickly and efficiently build a future-proofed cloud.Work Summary:Currently working as a technical lead for a 12 people team working on a tool that should help simplify the CloudPlatform deployment and getting the cloud up in a day. Involved automation of XenServer Hyper-visor provisioning on bare-metal physical host, setting up the networks (including NIC bonding), validating the infrastructure and then proceeding to private cloud deployment and setting up the orchestration platform. Technical role: Hands on python development for designing building the REST API and task orchestrator framework. Design and development of the bare-metal provisioning flow. Hands on python development on the infrastructure validation framework using XenAPI and Pyvmomi to connect to XenServer and VMWare.Lead role responsibilities: Working closely with the product management team to understand the requirement and convert them into engineering requirements.  Estimation & Tracking of work, schedule and resources. Setting up the scrum and other processes (Jira, Code reviews and Jenkins nightly builds) for the team.
