As the Director of Robotics & Innovation for ARO, I am responsible for bringing innovation, robotics and automation to the managed services space and creating new and exciting service areas for ARO.

Providing consulting services to an established but currently undisclosed robotics company.

Ricoh Service AdvantageAs the Director of Innovation for Ricoh Service Advantage,I am responsible for developing new and innovative strategies, solutions and partnerships for Ricoh Service Advantage in the Americas and Globally. I focus primarily on emerging markets and technologies such as Robotics, Drones and other unmanned systems, last mile delivery systems as well as next generation Retail and eCommerce solutions. I assist companies both large and small in utilizing Ricoh's massive infrastructure including our Field Service Technicians, Call Centers, Help Desks, Depot Repair, Training Services and Remote Monitoring Services to create their own Service Advantage.I have been with Ricoh/IKON/ALC since 1992 when I started as a Document Specialist at what was then Atlanta Legal Copies which became IKON and now Ricoh USA. Since that time, I held a variety of operational and analytical positions. My primary responsibilities were pre-sale analysis support for Ricoh USA's Strategic Accounts Sales Team and post-sales support to Ricoh's Managed Services Operations Team. I also served as the Senior Consultant for Ricoh Campus Solutions and supported Ricoh's Managed Services efforts in Higher Education and other large campus opportunities nationally. In May 2014, I accepted a position in Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Senior Manager - Service Advantage Strategy. My role is to develop strategies, solutions and partnerships for Ricoh's Managed and Technology Services.I am a Certified Mail & Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM) and am also certified as an Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM) by the US Postal Service. I am an active member of the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA) and have served as the Executive Vice President of the Atlanta Chapter of the MSMA.I currently have four products which I conceived in the Ricoh portfolio as well as one granted patent and four patents pending.
