My primary responsibilities were pre-sale analysis support for Ricoh USA's Strategic Accounts Sales Team and post-sales support to Ricoh's Managed Services Operations Team. I also served as the Senior Consultant for Ricoh Campus Solutions and supported Ricoh's Managed Services efforts in Higher Education and other large campus opportunities nationally. In May 2014, I accepted a position in Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Senior Manager - Service Advantage Strategy. My role is to develop strategies, solutions and partnerships for Ricoh's Managed and Technology Services.I am a Certified Mail & Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM) and am also certified as an Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM) by the US Postal Service. I am an active member of the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA) and have served as the Executive Vice President of the Atlanta Chapter of the MSMA.I currently have four products which I conceived in the Ricoh portfolio as well as one granted patent and four patents pending.
