• Co-ordinated 151 spend requests from 68 different presenters at 11 separate Spend Approval Forum meetings via Outlook and Microsoft Teams;• Collated, produced and distributed meeting packs to 15 Committee members, whilst liaising with 12 business partners to ensure they were aware of and approved the spend submissions;• Logged decisions, actions, meeting packs and minutes on to SharePoint, serving as a repository/data warehouse for the SAF.• Analysed Group personal expenses data for over 4,000 employees utilising Excel, Anaplan and PowerPoint, which highlighted trends broken down by 6 business units and areas for improvement to Group Executive Committee.

• Liaised with 5 committee chair-people and the Group CIO to ensure that the management committee meetings fulfilled their mandates; conducted year-end committee effectiveness reviews for each management committee, and designed dashboards using PowerBI informing senior management of the risks facing the organisation. • Logged actions on to Wynyard ensuring risk can be effectively monitored and mitigated when necessary. Compiled Risk Control Self-Assessment risk profile reports every other quarter to enable risk leads to monitor the controls under their purview.

• Co-founded and co-ordinated a team of 9 autistic adults to deliver autism training from a neuro-diverse perspective, producing reports for West Sussex County Council; • Trained over 250 delegates, with an enjoyment rate of 99%. Delegates self-reported on average an 30% increase in the knowledge following my training sessions;• Authored a monthly blog about autism; designed and collaborated with the team to maintain the project’s website using Wix, HTML and CSS;• Hired new team members – co-designed job specifications, compiled interview questions, and conducted interviews.
