I have represented clients in different forums for optimising resolution and have considerable experience in litigation and dispute resolution with significant exposure in handling insolvency and restructuring transactions. Having personally worked in start-ups, I am passionate about the working of upcoming ventures. I am closely associated with a number of start-ups advising them on structures, compliances, funding options etc. I’m sensitive to women-oriented issues and as a part of the pro bono service provide assistance against sexual harassment at workplace.
