I am a patron of Outdoors life and strongly motivate people to take up outdoors as a serious hobby or profession. Till date I have summitted 8 Himalayan Treks and travelled far & wide across the Himalayas.I regularly teach meditation and Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful self healing technique of the Art of Living Foundation. I have conducted over 100 programs and multiple seminars till date across the country in the last 9 years. Through these programs I help individuals realize their true potential with the power of meditation and yoga and strive for excellence in their respective fields.I am a certified Yoga instructor under Sri Sri School of Yoga, approved by the Ministry of Aayush and Yoga Alliance.
