Reponsibilities :1. Process purchase requisitions within purchasing authority.2. Maintain coordination with suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortages or missed deliveries. 3. Establish and negotiate contract termns and conditions & maintain supplier relationships.4. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price list.5. Assist in the developments of spesifications for equipment, materials & services to be purchased.6. Making master schedule, material requirement planning, and raw material delivery scheduling for production.7. Monitoring all raw material chemicals in warehouse to maintain control over the stocks.

1. Monitoring all inventory of supporting materials, boxes, plastic packages, etc to make an ideal of safety quantity of items stock and also to follow up and review issue for supporting storage daily work flow progress to control accuracy of storage validation.2. Analyzing for min-max stock level, slow moving and fast moving stock level to make effeciency for inventory stock and purchase.3. Monitoring items quantity, regarding supply and demands from supporting items storage to production plan.4. Monthly stock opname of several warehouse,also monthly reports to management regarding PPIC system data control.

Monitoring and controlling production schedule and progress of them to make aeffeciency for production and for delivery.3. Monitoring finished goodto meet quality and schedule acceptance.4. Making production progress reports and the other reports for top management.5. Follow up and monitoring progress purchase requisition for raw materials, purchase order, receiving and distribution production site.6. Follow up to suplier : ETA material dan supporting material.7. To ensure that all raw materials purchased are well planned and schedule in order to proventhight stock or discontinuity of production.8. Coordinate with production Dept. in controlling abnormality of good.9. Maintain good connections &coordinations with clients regarding delivery schedule & complaints to make good image to our company to make sure clients satisfaction.10. Coordinate with customer by Monthly Meeting for review existing progress order on going, new product & prepare shipment schedule for the next Order.11. Make sure good connections with suppliers, to maintain raw materials qualities and on time delivery.12. Responsible for export shipping scheduling and documents custom clearance.
