Review and recommend improvements of company-wide HR policies, procedures and practices.• Maintain a low turnover and high employee satisfaction by pro-actively managing and improving recruitment, selection, training, orientation, development, performance reviews, employee satisfaction, compensation structure and retention.TALENT & COMPANY CULTURE• Ensure a proactive companywide approach to recruitment, hiring, training, retention and succession planning, by guiding management and monitoring staffing decisions companywide.• Track and improve employee personal development by building systems to promote, track and measure individual development at all levels• Oversee all aspects of Talent and Culture operations and strategy to maximize the performance of the YJR Group employees and their contributions to the business’ growth and profitabilityPAYROLL• Delegate payroll processing for 200+ employees• Built a system to facilitate the transfer of employee information to the corporate office increasing the speed and the accuracy of the payroll processingDOL• Ensure companywide compliance with DOL policies as well as federal and state legislation by researching, developing, and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines; advising management on needed actions.
