• Authored a scientific journal entry about the transferability and scalability of different convolutional neural networks for applications in digital pathology.• Implemented and optimized CNN architectures and Neural Architecture Search (NAS) algorithms for focus quality assessment applications in digital pathology.• Developed a Graphical User Interface in Python and MATLAB that would take inputted images of tissues and output a heat map, visually displaying the levels of focus quality at different positions in the image in order to facilitate clinical workflow. • Worked under Professor Dhirani to conduct experiments to test the effects of reduction-oxidation reactions on the properties of metals.• Designed circuitry and LabVIEW programs and used technologies such as the transmission electron microscope and the vacuum chamber in order to gather results for the completion of the experiment.

• Added critical payload electronics functionality to a simulator for the currently operational NEOSSat,allowing the software team to more accurately simulate and solve on-orbit problems from the ground.• Developed functional embedded code in C and C++ using a real-time operating system with effective task sequencing and prioritization to improve the simulator.

• Implemented MATLAB simulations to certify Bombardier aircraft for flight conditions in abnormal flightevents such as uncontrolled high thrust.• Automated processes in Visual Basic to determine the effects of non-conformities on performance metrics such as drag and to analyze production quality trends of over 50 aircraft.• Streamlined the evaluation of each manufactured aircraft’s performance and highlighted areas forproduction improvement using these tools.
