• Plays a critical role to support the sales team to process and report on sales. Also manages floor plans allocations in collaboration with Event Team, Event Ops and Marketing.• Responsible for sales administration, CRM data analysis, reporting, and data entry for some events.• Up to date with latest EMS and SFDC knowledge, provides support to others as required.• Excellence CRM knowledge and shares best practices across the team.

• Be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and invoicing to client.• Process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business• Maintain good relations with client.• Maintain an efficient working environment.• Solve problems by liaising with client.• Create event floor plan for client.• Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.
