As part of the Content Team for Warwick Kickstart, I write my own articles as well as contribute to pitching ideas and allocating writing assignments to Junior executives. As a Senior executive I am also responsible for editing and checking other team members' work, as well as giving them constructive feedback on their writing . In collaboration with the Head of the team, I co-host and produce the society's podcast, Kickcast (available on Spotify and our website), where we interview leaders and well-established members of the disruptive industries, as well as innovative students filled with fresh and interesting ideas. My team and I work closely with the society's other component elements such as our Marketing Team, the Women in Kickstart Team and the Events Team.
