We developed a recruitment platform for great engineers who are looking for a job where the companies apply to candidates• Multi-channel sourcing strategy (inbound, outbound, cooptation),• Head Hunting (booleans, making contact, relaunch, cold call),• Candidate follow-up (qualification, platform pitch, coaching, closing, follow-up after hiring) for an optimal candidate experience,• Advise, challenge teams in contact with clients to increase the chances of my candidates,• Analysis of KPIs to better define my roadmap (conversion rate, source of candidates, rate of refusal / acceptance of contact requests, rate of non-start in position),• Improvement of the employer brand (distribution of content, participation in external events),• Operational referent for the creation of a scraping tool (definition of the need), training of the team in Europe (50 people using english),• Mentor of a work-study student for one year and coaching of newcomers,• Cross-functional projects: lead on a project to set up a process for individual communication on LinkedIn, performance analysis of reminders of existing candidates.• Techno: ReactJS, Angular, Node.js, ExpressJS, MEAN.JS, Javascript, Vue.js, PHP, C#, C++, Java, Ruby, Python, Go, Scala, R, PIG, Hive, Hadoop, UI, UX...• Roles: Developer, Designer, Data Scientist, Product Manager, Project Manager, DevOps, CTO,..
