In this role, I have offered extensive assistance (via mail and telephone) to customers with their HR-related queries. Furthermore, I have provided cover and support for the Payroll administration department.

As a Customer Care Specialist, I acted as a key partner to the Dell Technologies customers on the Benelux market. I made sure that their complex order issues were dealt quickly and effectively in order to minimize the impact on their business effectiveness.

Throughout seven weekly Study Progress and Academic Attitudes [SPAA] meetings, I have coached a group of fifteen 1st year students from several countries in order to help them adapt to a new environment and to develop their study skills as well as professional academic attitude. Moreover, I tried to stimulate academic integration, to identify and eliminate stumbling blocks from the beginning and to instill the sense of responsibility towards the students' academic progress and attitude.
