Andy Eakin studied Electrical Engineering at Georgia Tech prior to starting his 25+ year, ongoing mission to better align business processes and IT environments in order to drive insight and outcomes. This journey has led him to spend the first half of his career architecting voice and data networks and the more recent half as a storage architect. Recently, Andy has moved to an Enablement role, sharing his experience in order to help drive rapid growth for VAST Data. He is passionate about designing creative solutions to the unique data workflows that customers struggle to resolve on their own. In his spare time, Andy resides in Raleigh-Durham, NC with his family.
