For the last 20 years I have had opportunity to work as an IT Analyst, with a lot of business area in ArcelorMittal always focusing on reducing costs, improving processes and generating results for the company such as:- Hot Strip Mill, for 8 years improving the processes of coil stockage in Coil yards and the dispatching processes to the ArcelorMittal customers.- Coils and slabs quality control process, for 3 year improving the quality judgment of the products of the company.- Logistics department, for about 5 years working with all processes in this department as tracking trucks inside and outside of the company, shipping scheduling optimization, packing and labeling process to the final products and so on.- S&OP department, for 2 years supporting and improving the S&OP process of the company.- For 2 year ago I started to work as a data scientist in a cross department way with different business areas. Nowadays working with Azure DataLake Storage and Azure Synapse for Big Data architecture and classification and reinforcement learning algorithms for Machine Learning.- My current position is based on R&D of the ArcelorMittal in Astúrias, Spain, working in Artificial Intelligence division as a senior researcher for ML solutions.
