CurrentSingle-threaded owner of $30M product with 1M active users (25k paid schools, 40% of students nationwide). Led 4 engineers and 1 designer in building new logged-out homepage, informed by user research and surveys, to improve district and school administrator perception; ran A/B test proving teacher sign-ups were not negatively impacted; and increased traffic to state standards pages by +700%. Wrote engineering requirements to improve Packs ordering experience, supporting +146% growth in Packs sales (29k units, and 10% increase in overall revenue), and first-ever 100% on-time delivery in Q2 (11k packs). Introduced personalization (IP address detection) to state science standards pages, reducing friction. Led engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams through deprecation of free product (MysteryDoug.com), driving 32k new sign-ups to our freemium product Mystery Science.
