An Adage Project Owner is a unique hybrid of Project Manager, Product Owner, Account Manager, and Client Advocate. The Project Owner represents the vision and roadmap of our client partners to our cross-functional scrum team who will deliver on this vision. This scrum team is comprised Developers, a Scrum Master, Adage UX/UI Designers and Project Owner, serving as the liaison and the primary point of contact between the client stakeholders and internal teams.

● Study and monitor the relevant market to inform product vision and strategy● Help develop a product vision and build buy-in both internally and with key external partners● Collaborate with product stakeholders on building specifications, mock-up, design and requirements documents based on user inputs and testing● Define and curate the product roadmap● Use Team Foundation Server (TFS) to ensure that all use cases, tasks and bugs are accurately tracked.● Coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)● Assist in drafting internal and external documentation● Work with stakeholders to develop and execute an effective deployment plan● Coordinate and facilitate product partner and development meetings● Evaluate and incorporate customer feedback, recording bugs and defects accurately for resolution● Participate in the development of product training, engagement and marketing materials● Ensure that internal documentation is updated● Participate in the development of product training, engagement and marketing materials● Provide product support
