After spending more than a decade in international communications roles at Google and LinkedIn I launched 49Stories in 2018. 49Stories is an Amsterdam-born boutique consultancy that specialises in strategic communications for tech and innovation driven companies. Current and former clients include Netflix, Meatable, Source.ag, Domestika, Booking.com, WeWork, Leavy.co and OneUp. In my last in-house role at LinkedIn I led on the development of communications campaigns that helped to build and protect LinkedIn’s corporate reputation in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition I also headed up communications for LinkedIn's growth markets in EMEA and LATAM. Before joining LinkedIn I was at Google, where I, for the first few years, led communications for the Benelux, until I moved to London to join the UK and Ireland team. During my time at Google I was involved in major product launches and announcements from the introduction of Google's social platform Google+, to Google Street View and YouTube.About me: I am passionate about getting to know new countries and cultures, and learning new languages. I love telling stories.
