Responsible for helping define and drive the Sustainability and Social Responsibility Strategy at AG1 (formerly Athletic Greens) with a focus on our role in the global community as a leader in sustainability and as a charitable organization.Main Responsibilities:Act as key contact/subject matter expert to ensure our corporate social and sustainability goals are embedded in all that we do.Tackle and drive key projects to improve social responsibility, sustainability and our giving platform.Develop and Maintain regular Social Responsibility / Sustainability reports and work with marketing on appropriate sharing of this info.Develop and maintain a Sustainability Roadmap with structured timelines and objectives. Prioritize and execute on sustainability projects as laid out in the Roadmap.Work with the Leadership Team to align big company values and objectives with the sustainability platform.Help create a culture of sustainability at AG1 and ensure internal culture is consistent with sustainability goals.Streamline appropriate customer feedback from the Customer Happiness Team.Work with key cross functional stakeholders to structure, prioritize, and drive project rollouts.

Operations Manager- Daily coordination of logistical operations for numerous brand-name food service customers including Applebee's, Arby's, Wendy's and Burger King: Importing purchase orders, verifying accuracy of orders placed, assessing unforeseen discrepancies, tendering loads to carriers, confirming product is picked up and delivered on time.- Monitoring general trends concerning lane performance: Monitoring profitability of lanes, assessing load costs, tracking on-time performance, addressing recurring service issues.-Crisis management and customer care: Working with customers in critical and time-sensitive situations to find creative solutions to prevent stock-out situations.- Working cross functionally with other teams within the company to improve service and business practices. Working with Carrier Management to ensure that best decisions are being made in regards to carrier selection. Working with Operations Support to guarantee daily reporting is done accurately and on time.- Providing training and continuing mentorship to new employees for the position of Operations Support and other similar positions.
