Marketing Assistant
CurrentDeveloped and executed integrated marketing campaigns for 15 artists, resulting in a dramatic increase in online engagement and growth in monthly listeners on streaming platforms.• Coordination of advertising tactics and marketing plans.• Maintain essential campaign documents including calendars, one-sheets and decks• Daily interaction with internal campaign managers and external partners to gatherinformation and/or inquire about tactics listed on department creative executiondocuments.• Design, create, and help present marketing decks.• Support and collaborate with the cross-functional marketing teams to assist in thedevelopment of series marketing plans and strategiesHandle logistics for events, including venue bookings, guest lists, and promotional materialsWork closely with other departments such as A&R (Artists and Repertoire), Publicity, and Creative to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
