Maintains excellent knowledge of a portfolio of products and services in order to understand customers' needs. Responds to incoming requests for cancellation of services and persuade our customers to remain with the company. Identifies customers who are at risk of cancelling and ensure that every opportunity to retain these customers is investigated. Identifies opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers. Documents customer outcomes to add to the knowledge of reasons why customers choose to cancel their services. Identifies new business practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation. Reports regularly to team leader on all activities relating to the role.

Assesses, monitors and supervises individuals to ensure their health, safety and welfare Assists individuals with activities of daily living skills: -Basic personal hygiene, care and grooming, including bathing, hair care, dressing -Bladder and/or bowel requirements or problems, including helping individuals to and from the bathroom or with bedpan routings Performs household services Independently performs basic medical procedures, including taking blood pressures, pulse, temperatures, and specimens Performs tasks and duties according to the ISP, prioritizes and organizes tasks to achieve goals outlined on the ISP. Documents all services provided to the consumer.
