From my first job as a restaurant hostess to my last in-house position at a luxury furniture company, I have always worked for small and family run businesses. This inevitably means facing a variety of problems and wearing many, many different hats…and I wouldn't have it any other way. As a graphic designer, it gives me a great amount of pride to help businesses accomplish their branding and marketing goals. Since going freelance full time in 2012, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with many different people on many different projects. It is always exciting, be it working with existing branding or starting from scratch. After graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design from The College of Saint Rose in 2008, I moved to NYC to work with Walter Bernard and Milton Glaser (an amazing opportunity that I cherish), and then moved on to become the Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer for ddc domus design collection, a luxury furniture purveyor on Madison Avenue. I lived in NYC for 4 great years before relocating to the New Haven area of Connecticut. Since October of 2012 I have been freelancing full time, and it has been a wonderful, crazy ride!I would love the opportunity to connect with other creatives in the area. My other passions include cooking and baking, finding and tasting craft beer, local produce and artisan food items, painting, drawing, reading, listening to too many podcasts, and hanging out with my German Shorthaired Pointer, Angel.Contact me at aframent@gmail.comI would love to hear from you!Specialties: advertising, editorial, branding and identity, marketing, direct marketing, project management, event planning, social media and web content
