User research - Conducted extensive user research prior to and after launch with main focus on qualitative research. Prior to launch focused mainly on interviews and problem verification while launch added observational research. Product management - Managed the benchmarking against other apps as well as protection of BudUp in the marketplace. Defined schedule for developers based on user research as well as other factors. Coordinated the two teams effort to align with other external stakeholders when necessary.Team management - Managed internal team of three founders and external team of developers from start to finish. This included recruiting additional founders as well as optimizing external team structures, switching from remote teams to local ones. Finances and Funding - Secured seed investment from the spanish government as well as private investment. Networking - presented our little startup to anyone and everyone.

Project management - six month pre-planning stage of the construction of a 10 thousand person arenaTeam management - managed multiple teams consisting of volunteers, carpenters, outside specialists, security personell, catering teams, builders as well as tens of suppliersInstallation design - designed installations together with building team. This included fixed installations such as bars, dj booths, seating areas and entrances but also decorative artistic elements such as temporary installations, lighting fixtures and visual elements. Optimization - participated in yearly design changes of the arena with main focus on increasing guest flow towards higher revenue. This included arena traffic in general and also space specific designs such as bar flow. External stakeholder management - managed relations with external stakeholders, both commercial and non-commercial. This included adressing environmental and waste concerns, enabling access for all citizens, managing relations with local sports teams as well as ongoing relations to commercial partners throughout the festival.

Office management - designed a booking framework for tandem jumps, initiated new payment routines and reporting, staffed various office roles as well as department heads, oversaw accounting effortsAccommodation offer - managed the club´s accommodation offer throughout the season as well as off-season long term rentalsSales - oversaw the club´s sales efforts for apparel and gear, courses, sport jumpers and tandem jumps. Events - managed the organization of one-off events throughout the season both big and small.
