Current✜ Develop and execute the strategic vision for the SSC aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.✜ Ensure financial functions (treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting processes), HR (payroll, contract management, international mobility), administrative (document management, facilities management, insurance, contract management).✜ SSC locations in Portugal, Angola, Mozambique and Brazil with a total headcount of 140.✜ Lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure the team's growth and engagement.✜ Implement best practices and operational frameworks to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all functions.✜ Drive initiatives to streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance service delivery through innovation and technology.✜ Lead change initiatives within the organization, promoting a culture of agility, adaptability, and resilience.
