Anne was the project manager for the migration project, where all historical data from existing radiology source systems in the Helse Vest health region's 4 hospital areas will be migrated into a new regional Sectra radiology solution. There were 6 different source system vendors, historically different system usage and significant data quality problems. The migration project consists of 5-7 resources from the vendor and subcontractors, as well as 8-10 different resources from the source system suppliers and 2-10 resources from each health company in addition to the regional project. The project was delivered according to plan on time, scope and quality, and was a critical contributor to successful launch of new regional radiology solution in the region Helse Vest.

Anne has been the supplier’s project manager for implementation of a new regional solution for digital media archive (Enterprise Image Management) in the western health region in Norway. The implementation project has included standardization of work processes and new regional system solution across the four health companies in the region. The implementation project started in May 2014. Anne took over as project manager in December 2015. After re-planning and restructuring, the project received good progress. The EIM solution consists of process and system support for many different medical areas, image and video capture via scopi and/or manual / mounted camcorder, image capture from digital cameras and ultrasound modalities. Anne was responsible for the delivery project towards the regional project. The project was part of a program in the western health region. The delivery project consisted of 5-10 resources from the vendor; developers, project engineers, application specialists, workflow and training resources as well as resources from subcontractors. The project was delivered according to revised plans and within the project's original cost estimates. The delivery project was completed, approved by the customer, and handed over to Service Delivery Management in the vendor organization and to end-customer’s Operations and Application Management in June 2017.

Anne has been Sectras project manager for connecting the radiology solution of the main hospital in the Stockholm area, Karolinska, to a Saas cloud solution for storing and sharing radiological data and images in Stockholm County. This was a project that included the implementation of interfaces for daily transfer of new radiological data to the cloud solution as well as migration of all historical data. In addition, data from other connected customers were made available to this hospital’s users, which included adjusting user interfaces and work processes. The project environment consisted of many stakeholder; the hospital, the system vendor of the Saas cloud solution, the system supplier of radiological solution as well as the owner and application management organization of the cloud solution. The project was delivered within agreed time, cost, scope and quality, approved by the end customer, and handed over to operations and management.

Anne was project manager of the customer side project for implementing a new integrated solution for Interactive Referral and Request between the new hospital and the private general practitioners in the health region. The project was part of a program which collected all project activities related to the establishment of the new hospital. Anne was also involved in assessing other possible solutions that could cover the defined requirements, functionality and mercantile aspects according to Norwegian legislation for public procurements.Anne was also team-lead for implementing the intergration between the new laboratory data system and the Interactive Referral and Request solution. This included the completion of functional solution description, testing and follow-up of deliveries with a team of healthcare resources, functional testing resources and supplier resources and in cooperation with the vendor. In addition, Anne was involved in quality assurance and follow-up of the various delivery projects' test plans in the program.

Anne was the project manager for two optimization projects. One project aimed at defining and implementing different ITIL process improvements, role clarifications and routines to reduce the risk of critical incidents. The project also included clearly defining service descriptions and establishing agreements with the other sister companies where this was missing or incomplete. The second project was to establish stable communication between the offices in the Nordic region and the operating center in Romania, covering the entire range from network technology to interaction opportunities related to voice and video transmission.

Anne has participated in several preliminary analyses resulting in project drafts as responsible for solution architecture:• A regional project for a new regional solution related to standardized processes and system support for drug cancer treatment (clinical specialist system)• A new regional solution for better collaboration aiming to establish a concept and regional system support to enable regionalization of different codecs/master data across the region. This is a prerequisite for establishing common regional system solutions with consolidated data.• A regional competence center within the Regional health company to ensure regional standards and joint business processes (patient treatment, research, training, information and counseling).

Anne was project manager within a program responsible for introducing all ICT services a new hospital in the South East region (6 months). In the analysis phase, Anne was responsible for describing the organization, processes and tools needed to ensure IT operation for the new hospital, based on established ITIL-based operating and deployment processes, and customizing the use of HP ALM and Service Manager. An important goal was to establish all services on the existing standardized infrastructure platform. In this regard, Anne has worked closely with the service provider’s Infrastructure Department, and has worked closedly with architects, technical resources and operational personnel. In addition, Anne has been responsible for planning training of the service provider’s operating staff as well as end-users in the hospital.Anne was quality manager and documentation responsible within the program of aintroducing ICT services to the Østfold Hospital (3 months). This included responsibility for defining quality management principles and goals based on service provider’s portfolio management model, establishing a quality plan and handing over to external QA resource. In addition, Anne was responsible for developing a documentation strategy with defined standards, internal processes and implementing sharing and collaboration tool.

As IT manager, Anne initiated the outsourcing of IT operations in the company. Anne was the principal of the acquisition according to Norwegian legislation with prequalification and negotiation with 3 suppliers. After the contract was signed, Anne was the project manager for the customer side in the project establishing the outsourcing to a new total IT service provider. This involved specification of the requirements and follow-up the establishment of new infrastructure based on the IT service provider’s standard platform, as well as phasing out existing infrastructure. In addition, to ensure a smooth and secure transition from old to new platform solution with minimal risk and minimal impact on the users. Anne also had the role of test manager in the project. All processes were based on standard ITIL processes; IT-operation processes were outsourced whereas the application management processes were still to be conducted by the IT-department. The project was commissioned as planned without major errors and in good cooperation with the supplier side.

The project included establishing and improving processes, implementation of system support as well as organizational development aspects. In addition, the project included the establishment application management processes and organization, as well as support and maintenance agreements with the system vendor. The project team consisted of 14 people from the customer side, supplier side and external consultants. The implementation project was completed according to time schedule and cost.

The solution consisted of many different types of systems and the inclusion of two different external partners. An international training and organizational development company, and also a SAP training partner, engaged Anne to deliver SAP Solution Manager on site standard courses using SAP training environment for 16 super users who would work with end-user support and application development for a company located in Saudi Arabia. Scope included test and verification of the solution following the technical split, outsourcing of IT operations to a new vendor, inhousing of previously outsourced business processes, establishment of a support organization and training of super users as well as end users. The project implemented Solution Manager Test Management and Service Desk according to ITIL process foundation.
