Building SaaS- tools to solve business- problems

Facilitating and conducting educational courses for the consumer and the corporate market for the compulsory boating license across Norway.

Responsible for start-up, operation and management of rental and courses on a 55-foot Hanse sailboat in Oslo. Includes all aspects for starting up and running a new company. My tasks have included staffing, budgeting, strategy, customer relations, sales, website building with sign-up and payment solutions online and marketing. Some construction of new courses and course format.

Mainly customer relations and sales, with extended responsibility for the tech department and service- station. Implied construction and maintenance of service system with new GDPR law, product procurement, sale- campaign setup etc.

Maintenance and use of the vessel's weapons. Training new crew to be lookout at the bridge. Participation in fishing and customs inspections of vessels.

Assisting the electrician at building sites if needed.
