I am a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 20-years of track record in all aspects of structural engineering, construction supervision and project management in the Middle East working on iconic and mega projects.I have been exposed to different cultures and experiences throughout my career which enabled me to develop skills and behaviors that cover a wide range of projects and project phases.I have comprehensive knowledge of International Code and Standards, Analysis methods, design methodologies, Multi discipline coordination, Design Management, Infrastructures and bridges design as well as construction practices and materials. I am well-versed in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and associated requirements and procedures.I have been leading teams to success, aligning their vision to the company's vision and meeting the company's short- and long-term goals. My leadership is characterized by a focus on nurturing individual growth while steering projects to success.One of my career highlights was leading a talented team of engineers in the successful design and on-site supervision of the EXPO 2020 thematic districts, among many other landmark projects across the Middle East.
