Coordinated the launch of 3 fMRI imaging studies working with both clinical and non-clinical populations. These studies involved MRI, EEG, behavioral monitoring, and questionnaires. Trained lab personnel on experiment protocols, recruitment protocols, and equipment maintenance and use.Programmed experiment tasks/games in Python for 4 brain fMRI research studies. These tasks interact with a GE MRI scanner, BIOPAC physiology sensor equipment, and various user input devices. Programmed a human tracking algorithm in Matlab that detects the position of a research participant in an exploratory room throughout a video recording. Preliminary results from analyzing the video were presented at ADAA.Programmed custom applications in Python to improve lab’s efficiency on day to day tasks - Recruitment app to parse through databases for participants who meet study criteria - Email app for sending research materials to participants - Data QA pipelineTroubleshot, maintained, and continually optimized study equipment and software.
