As a part of CPA project (Club Participation Agreement) - 𝗤𝗦𝗟 & 𝗙𝗜𝗙𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, I'm responsible of assisting the CPA Director in implementing the Marketing and Media areas of the CPA. Specific focus will be on supporting and guiding the QSL clubs in meeting, and exceeding, the CPA requirements in Marketing and Events, and building relations with the new, capable experienced Executives at the clubs.•Provide support and guidance to all clubs throughout the season to produce and deliver CPA plans and reports in Marketing and Media•Review club plans and reports in great detail and produce recommendation to CPA Director as to whether they meet documented requirements in Marketing and Media•Keep track of club delivery of their plans in both Marketing and Media•Update the CPA Marketing and Media sections as required from season to season•Create collaborative working relationship with all relevant club staff and collectively drive all QSL clubs to raise standards and share knowledge in Marketing and Media•Design, host and deliver working sessions in both Marketing and Media for all clubs, collectively and individually, to share information and transfer knowledge•Manage relationships with any external and internal experts required to support the process
