Current research assignment (Summer 2021) - I am currently researching the impact of climate on the formation of supraglacial lakes.

Additionally, I reported on KPIs for the Campus Ambassador user acquisition efforts to the co-founding team, Jeff Silverman (CTO) and Sieva Kozinsky (CEO, Forbes 30 under 30, 2017).

Additionally gained in-depth exposure to Apple’s philosophy on customer success operations excellence, strategic management, and accessibility policies via mentorship from Senior Product Manager, Sarah Herrlinger.

Led Community Operations team for anon photo sharing app Unseen.

Launched freelance strategy consulting business for small to mid-sized businesses officing from the San Antonio, TX area coworking space, Geekdom. Clients cover a variety of verticals, including technology, PR and nonprofit. Supported clients with projects spanning strategic planning, process building and financial management.

Provided strategic advisory to start-up entrepreneurs seeking investment from Accion, as well as to Accion Texas itself. Managed key strategic projects on behalf of Programming Division, including development of financial review process for at-risk borrowers, and comprehensive initiative to standardize and redesign firm-wide technical assistance practices towards more impact-oriented model.

Supported the firm’s partners in preparation of valuation reports by preparing financial statement. Conducted financial analysis and market research. Drafted and edited due diligence reports.
