I am a results-driven professional with expertise in production and manufacturing, project and event planning and execution, and extensive experience in documentation, reporting, and record-keeping in multiple regulated industries. My career journey has been marked by contributions to the cannabis manufacturing industry, impacts in Early Childhood Education programs, and successful tattoo tours in the USA and Canada. My experiences have honed my ability to collaborate across functional teams and take responsibility for overseeing production, from launching new cannabis retail products, ensuring seamless production processes, manufacturing, packaging, shipping and resolving challenges within the supply chain. I trained team members on SOPs, maintained quality assurance standards, and coordinated the shipping and order fulfillment of cannabis and non-cannabis products. My focus on maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) was evident through my management of inventory tracking systems, including Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Compliance, Safety Data Sheets, and other manufacturing certificates. In this role, my skills in inventory tracking, project management, and document management, as well as my proficiency in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) in compliance with GMP, GPP, and GDP standards have contributed to the company's growth and development.In addition to my cannabis industry experience, I have a background in project management, having earned a Google Project Management Certificate and working toward obtaining my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and, for 3 years, I actively engaged in student leadership roles as both the President and Vice President of the Japanese International Students' Association.
