As a Deputy Manager, my primary responsibility is to support the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the firm. This involves assisting in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective operations. I’m also responsible for supervising and providing guidance to staff members, monitoring and reporting on performance, managing budgets and resources, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, representing the firm in meetings and other forums, and acting as Manager in their absence.

As a MEAL Specialist, my responsibilities include providing technical and program input for the project implementing partners, short-term consultants, and other stakeholders involved in the project. I was collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the project and provide technical guidance and inputs to the design and implementation of third-party monitoring, project evaluations, assessments, and other studies undertaken by the firm. Additionally, I was monitor and report on the progress of the project, identify potential risks and challenges, participate in meetings and other forums to represent the firm and provide updates on the project, conduct regular field visits, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities.

As a Program Manager, my primary responsibility is to provide overall leadership, management, and development of staff and resources under HWO programs. This involves direct management/oversight and technical leadership of programs to ensure the timely implementation of projects. Additionally, I was responsible for assisting HWO in the designing and writing of proposals, report writing, community needs assessments, as well as the implementation of effective program interventions, monitoring, evaluation, and management.

As a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer, my main responsibilities was to ensure accountability and efficiency for all programs and projects at IMC by collecting, analyzing, and learning from data. I was provide technical field support to the M&E unit and work closely with Program teams to assess field conditions, support capacity building initiatives, and facilitate the collection of quality data under the supervision of the M&E Manager. I also, focus on supporting specific grants or projects within a program, develop and implement M&E plans, conduct data quality assessments, provide technical assistance and training to program staff, analyze and interpret data, prepare regular reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all M&E activities.
