Review data from partnering schools and districts to provide them with accurate results regarding A-G completion. UC Compass (formerly Transcript Evaluation Service) allows for an evaluation of student records that determines UC and CSU eligibility. Therefore, through an equity lens, UC Compass (TES) seeks to increase the percentage of public high school students that are historically underrepresented in higher education who are eligible for UC or CSU admission.

Review and process student files as it pertains to graduation requirement completion. Process petitions, course substitutions, update academic record, review requests for academic record updates, transfer credit review, working knowledge of Assist.org, use of TES, maintain knowledgeable of university catalog policies and procedures, good organization, communication, and efficiency. Collaborate with multiple campus partners such as the Veterans Resource Center, EOP, PolyTransfer, Bronco Advising Center, and Project Caminos. Give presentations on reviewing graduation requirements, transfer credit, and the Degree Progress Report.

Provide students with an adequate space for test taking. Enable access to accommodations, ensure appropriate time is given for test taking, and help students schedule testing times or additional accommodations.

Meet with students within the College of Arts and Letters. Help them navigate course and schedule planning. Present at student Orientations and other events. Conduct outreach and tabling at local community colleges such as East Los Angles College and Citrus College. Work with different student groups such as Veterans, EOP, Students with Disabilities, and Athletes. Maintain knowledgeable of different major requirements as well as general education requirements. Work as Rose Buds Swim Coach helping kids learn swimming techniques in all four swim strokes. Provide direction and guidance for proper swimming technique. Coordinate practices and collaborate with others regarding lane usage. Lifeguard duties included opening up center and untarping pool for patron, team, and water classes use. Scan pool areas ensuring participant safety. Help set up for RBAC events such as Diana Nyad event. Help work as parking guard and manage traffic when Rose Bowl events happened, such as UCLA games. Attend in-service trainings to remain current on life saving skills and extractions. Review pool chemicals and log information.

Work as a lifeguard and ensure patron safety. Help maintain pool facilities clean. Work with a diverse group of lifeguards and patrons. Assist with coordinating pool events such as swim lessons, party rentals, high school practices, and other city events like the Fourth of July celebration. Assist with in-service trainings.
