As a Junior Consultant at Impact Consulting, I apply my business skills and knowledge to support the sustainability and develop the autonomy of Te Aud Romania, a nonprofit organization that helps orphans and underprivileged children access education. We volunteer as a team of consultants to develop the corporate funding strategy needed for the NGO to be self-sustainable. Through data analytics, market research, and process optimisation, we are creating a comprehensive manual for securing financing for the NGO.My gap year in 2019 in Hangzhou, China was a turning point in my life. It was there that I developed a deep passion for the language and culture, leading me to enroll in a double BBA program with EmLyon and ENCU, which included two years in Shanghai and two in Paris.Due to the pandemic, I took a break from my studies and started my own company, MediForce1. Although it was a challenging experience, it taught me valuable lessons about humility, perseverance, and the realities of entrepreneurship.After the pandemic, I returned to my studies, a business administration bachelors where I consistently score in the top 10% at Emlyon business school. As part of my course, I did an internship in marketing for a venture capital firm in paris; this profoundly enforced my interest for entrepreneurship and consulting.My love of sports has taken me on a journey, where I trained Kung-Fu with Shaolin monks in China, won gymnastics medals in Singapore, and was recognised as the Most Valuable Player on my high school's varsity water polo and volleyball teams.
