I've been working in the video game industry for almost 4 years now. I started out doing a weekly podcast that focused on current news and events in the gaming industry, which I still currently do. From podcasting, I began writing creative articles, game reviews, and doing public relations for Press2Reset, an indie gaming news site. Through my creative writing and my love for gaming, I was able to become a game writer for an Indie game company, Ragtag Studio. I am currently helping them complete the story and write the dialogue for their game, Ray's the DeadRecently, I joined Bitch Team Alpha, an all female website that speaks on gender and diversity issues within geek culture. I podcast and stream games with them. I do as much as I can within the industry. I podcast, write, stream, do public relations, attended conventions, speak on panels, cosplay, and of course, play games! When not integrated in gaming and nerd culture, I also have been in veterinary medicine for over ten years now. I started out as a veterinary assistant and currently I'm a lead licensed veterinary technician at the animal hospital I work at.
