As a Customer Service Representative, I’ve provided information to customers regarding their account services. I’ve handle customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution. I offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business. I’ve handle business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal. I also communicate with customers using web-based tools and demonstrate the associated proficiency in typing and grammar. I am responsible in making financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjust customer accounts. I also strive to achieve a sales quota. My role is much more than just one of information sharing. Through my conversations with my customers I create a connection, establish rapport, and instill confidence in the services I deliver for the company.
