WHOLESALE: Wholesale flips are a method of turning paper assets into cash by flipping the right to purchase a home to another investor. Although we do utilize this strategy, it is not one we rely on as a long-term investment strategy due to the immense competition in the market.PRE-FORECLOSURE: The founders of Aeon Venture Partner's started investing in pre-forclosure properties back in 2004. We helped homeowners who otherwise would have lost their homes to the foreclosure process and offered to purchase the home by reinstating the loan and preventing a foreclosure from destroying their credit.
