To do so, I collaborate with scientists, our communication officer and membership officer, and printer to arrange for its timely delivery. Moreover, during workshops, I work with project managers to setup the conference room with posters, prepare the PowerPoint presentations for viewing, and ensure that attendees’ needs are met.• I am actively solicited to create Excel spreadsheets to centralize information collection between Scientific Project Managers and am consulted on information management techniques. • I coordinated with Canadian government staff and regional commercial and economic actors to showcase green technology and life science developments and best practices in Canadian industry. • I provided logistical support for official events and composed briefing and advocacy materials for the Head of Mission.

• I attended and reported on hearings in Congressional committees and Federal agencies, seminars organized by think tanks and trade associations and speeches by US Government officials. • I briefed European Union officials on legislative and regulatory proposals that touch on the transatlantic trade environment.

• I researched European Union legislative and regulatory initiatives that impact American business interests. Attended European Parliament, European Commission, and trade association meetings to keep office apprised of market developments. • I independently-arranged and coordinated visiting government official’s research mission by arranging for meetings with EU Commission, think-tanks, and business representatives.
