O&M manager of 9 geothermal power plants on Pamukören and Sultanhisar locations and 2 swichyard. Power plants were designed by high efficiency Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology. Manufancturers: 6 of them Atlas Copco & 3 of them Ormat. Total gross power capacity: 213 MWe. Tosunlar 1 Geothermal Power Plant have 4MWm / 3,807 MWe installed capacity. Waste water of the plant have heating 200. 000 m2 greenhouse named "Smyrna Seracılık". Tosunlar 1 GPP was operating since June 2015. Power plant was designed by Exergy (Italy) by high efficiency Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) at low temperature (100 C) geothermal heat source. My main responsibilities are presented below:To ensure the smooth operation of the facility.Manage all of electricity market operations and activities.To plan the maintenance and repairs of the facility within the company or to have it serviced.Personnel tracking. Staff recruitment or layoffs.Management and follow-up of purchasing processes for all necessary products.Preparing daily, monthly and annual of the activities reports and present to all of the board.

Baklacı Geothermal Power Plant have 19.4 installed capacity. Baklacı GPP was operating since July 2018. Power plant was designed by Ormat (USA & Israel ) by high efficiency Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) at high temperature (195 C) geothermal heat source.On the ORC Cycle;Pentane is using for electricity production.Geothermal Brine, Steam and NGC is using as heat source.ACC (Air Conditioning Condenser) system is using for cooling.I was actively worked in the Project, Purchasing and Installation processes as the responsible of the Electrical Electronics & Automation unit.Manage technical issues and electricity market operations and activities.

EFELER GPP Project was one of the biggest geothermal invests on Turkey. On the first stage; 4 geothermal power plant was constructed in a very short period. That period I was worked for project owner company Guris (Gurmat) as Electrical Engineer for below positions and assignments.- Field Control Engineer- Commissioning Engineer- Operation and Maintenance Engineer- EFE-2 (Germencik III) 22,5 MW Binary was commissioned in Oct. 2014- EFE-3 (Germencik IV) 22,5 MW Binary was commissioned in March 2015- EFE-4 (Germencik V) 22,5 MW Binary was commissioned in July 2015- EFE-1 (Germencik II) 47,4 MW Double Flash was commissioned in August 2015- HV switchyard
